The Homestretch app will continue to be used for all future club events. Our gambling director, Collin Stull, will be available throughout the event to help players get set up on the app. Thank you!

NEW FOR 2025 EVENT​

A Return to the 3-Day Schedule
This year's event will begin on Thursday with the practice round, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, live music, and skills challenges. Friday will begin the match play, with the first three 9-hole matches. Saturday will be a packed day with the final two 9-hole matches, a Calcutta auction of the Shoutout Teams, The Shoutout at approximately 3pm, and our big Saturday night festivities beginning at 6:30pm. ​

Staggered Start
Due to increased demand, we expect the event to have 72 teams. For PACE OF PLAY purposes, we are offering teams the option to play their first two matches on Thursday, following the previous two years' 3-day 18-18-9 schedule instead of the above 2-day 27-18 schedule. You may select this option on your ONLINE registration form that will be emailed to all teams.

Live Band & FIREWORKS
Our Saturday night entertainment will be the live band Wally & the Beavs! After the popularity of last year's impromptu fireworks show, we have added a full, professional fireworks show, beginning at dark.

New Shootout Format
The Shootout will once again include all Flight Winners and Runners Up, but will be 4 holes with accelerated elimination to shorten the duration. ALL shootout teams will begin on hole #10, playing the customary True Alternate Shot format. The shootout will then go to holes #11, #17, and finally, the remaining 3 teams will play #18. All flight winners and runners-up, plus ties, will qualify for the shootout. This year, the Shootout handicap is set at 40% of the combined team index. For example, if Player A has an index of 4 and Player B has an index of 12, their combined handicap is 16, 40% of which is 6.4. All teams will then be assigned a net handicap played off the low team(s), which will receive no strokes in the Shootout. No matter how many teams start on #10, only 12 teams will move on to #11, then 6 teams will play #17, and the final 3 teams will play #18.
