THURSDAY, JULY 17 

Registration and lunch will begin at 11am. The practice round will begin with a 12:30pm shotgun, and will feature hole prizes and a team game. Due to our Staggered Start this year, some teams will be playing two 9-hole matches on Thursday. This means that for practice round participants, you will turn to the same side you are on, and then play the opposite 9-holes on a second shotgun at approximately 3:30pm.

 

There will be a Cocktail Party and Dinner starting at 5:30 for all players and spouses with a women's and men’s chipping and putting contest, and live music on the patio.

 

FRIDAY, JULY 18

Breakfast will begin at 7:00 A.M. The 1st, 2nd, & 3rd rounds of the tournament will begin with a SHOTGUN START at 8:30am.  Golfers will play 27 holes consisting of three Net Best Ball match play rounds. Hot dogs & brats will be available after Round 1, and a full lunch will be served after Round 2. Friday night is free, but please reserve the time for any contingency plans due to inclement weather. ​

 

SATURDAY, JULY 19

Breakfast will begin at 7:00 A.M. The 4th & 5th rounds of competition matches will begin with a Shotgun start at 8:30am, with Mesenburg Brisket Nachos, Tacos, Salad, or Rice Bowls, served at The Dock between 11am and 1pm. Once final scores are calculated, we will hold a Calcutta Auction for the Shootout teams. The Shoot-Out will start approximately at 3:00pm.

INVITATIONAL DINNER 

The Saturday evening Awards Dinner will begin with a cocktail party at 6:30pm, with dinner to follow at 7:30. The dress code is country club casual. Our live entertainment will be the band Wally & the Beavs. The night will conclude with a professional fireworks show at dark!
